Why unit counts differ online
Many older pages still say about 550 units. That figure refers only to the first Chuan Grove plot, awarded in July 2025. The same developer won the second plot in September 2025, and the two were combined into one development of about 1,055 units across 5 blocks. Pages quoting 550 units are out of date.
