Why this pocket is different
Lorong Chuan has long been one of the quieter residential pockets in District 19. It is surrounded by landed estates and the Chuan Lane Park green belt rather than dense HDB blocks. Few new government land sale sites are left in the enclave, so there is limited competing supply. Yet you are one MRT stop from two of Singapore’s busiest interchanges.
