Showflat status: opening soon. The address and hours will be updated here once announced by the developer.
What to check at the showflat
Showflats are designed to impress. Use this checklist to see past the styling:
- Look at the floor plan, not the furniture. Showflat furniture is often built smaller than standard. Measure your own sofa and bed and compare.
- Find the air-con ledge and bay areas. They count towards the unit’s size in square feet but are not usable living space.
- Check the fittings list. Ask which appliances, wardrobes and finishes come with the unit and which are only for display.
- Ask about the kitchen. Is it open or enclosed? Can it be closed off for heavy cooking?
- Study the site model. Find your preferred stack and look at what it faces: the CTE, the pool, the landed estate or another block.
- Walk the route. If possible, walk from the site to Lorong Chuan MRT at peak hour.
Virtual tour
A virtual showflat tour is usually released at the same time as the physical showflat. We will send the link to registered buyers on WhatsApp, so you can revisit the layouts at home before booking day.
Make your visit count
Before a guided appointment, Viona will prepare:
- An affordability summary based on your income, CPF and HDB sale proceeds
- A shortlist of stacks that fit your budget, facing and floor preferences
- A payment timeline showing your cash and CPF outlay at each stage
