Buyer’s Stamp Duty (BSD)
Every buyer pays BSD. It is tiered:

Additional Buyer’s Stamp Duty (ABSD)

For joint purchases, the highest applicable rate among the buyers applies. HDB upgraders who buy before selling should read the ABSD remission guide.
Seller’s Stamp Duty (SSD)
For residential property bought on or after 4 July 2025, SSD applies if you sell within 4 years:

For a new launch, the holding period runs from the OTP date. With One Chuan Grove’s TOP expected around 2030, most buyers will be close to or past the 4-year mark by completion.
