Most of the best-value stacks at Chuan Park were taken on launch weekend. For One Chuan Grove, with about 1,055 units, the developer may release units in phases. Early buyers usually get the widest choice and the base price for each phase.
Launch-day tips
- Shortlist 3–5 units across different stacks, with the ones you want most first.
- Get your bank’s in-principle approval (IPA) and have your 5% booking fee (cashier’s order) ready.
- Decide your ABSD route (sell first or buy first) before the ballot.
- Follow the live balance chart and be ready to switch to your backups.
