- CPF refund: the CPF principal you used plus accrued interest (2.5% p.a.) goes back to your Ordinary Account.
- Fees: agent commission, conveyancing and any resale levy.
- The balance is paid to you in cash. If the price does not cover the CPF refund, you may have a “negative sale” for CPF, but you do not need to top up the shortfall in cash.
