Lorong Chuan sits where four mature towns meet. If you own an HDB flat in one of them, here is how an upgrade to One Chuan Grove compares.

Bishan: strongest proceeds
Bishan flats command some of Singapore’s highest HDB prices. A 5-room or executive sale often funds a 3- or 4-bedroom, one MRT stop from home. Read the Bishan owners’ page.
Hougang: big flats and a new rail line
Hougang’s large 5-room and executive flats sell well. Moving to Lorong Chuan adds the Circle Line while keeping the North East Line one interchange away. The Cross Island Line will later add another option in Hougang. Read the Hougang owners’ page.
Serangoon: the shortest move
For Serangoon owners, it is essentially the same neighbourhood: NEX, your NEL commute and family all stay put. Read the Serangoon owners’ page.
Ang Mo Kio: beat lease decay
Many AMK flats are from the 1970s and 80s. Selling while demand is healthy and moving to a fresh 99-year lease across the CTE is a common strategy. Read the Ang Mo Kio owners’ page.
The common thread
Whichever town you are in, One Chuan Grove lets you upgrade without uprooting: the same schools network, the same food places, and a better home.
